          Also known as "The Rising Aces" and "Card Rise Deck", this classic effect is available once again. It's been the signature trick of many top pro magical entertainers, including Albert Goshman and Don Alan (who revolutionized close-up magic with this trick and his Chop Cup routine). Originally created by Mitch Devano of England, this is the latest iteration of this classic prop.

          The Rising Cards will unquestionably capture the attention of even the most jaded audience. The plot is clear cut: the magician has three cards freely selected from a deck of shuffled playing cards. Each card is memorized by a member of the audience, then returned to the deck. The deck is held in the magician's hand and suddenly, a card begins to rise very slowly and mysteriously from the center of the deck of cards! The rising card is identified by an audience member as one of the selected cards. The deck is now placed inside a glass. The card deck is not touched by anyone, yet again, a card is seen rising from the center of the deck and is identified as one of the selected cards. Finally, the deck is placed onto the hand of a spectator! Again, one card is seen rising from the deck and is identified as the final selected card! This routine is a SHOW STOPPER!
