This is Knight's explanation of how cross-dressing vent Eddie Burke performs and rehearses his act. Oy...this book is sooo bad I don't even know where to begin. Having read some of Burke's correspondence with Great Lester, I get that the guy fancied himself as not only the finest vent ever, but as somewhat of a philosopher. But how he got George M. Knight, Jr. to sit still long enough to listen to all of the blather that's in here is - to me - unfathomable. This book is best read as a "goof". This is what you DON'T want your book on ventriloquism to be!

          25pp, board cover. Measures approximately 9" x 11-1/2" . Original tape binding with intact paper spine; book is separated at inside back cover, otherwise very good overall condition. The cover is stencilled.

          And yes, it's a extremely RARE book....but it was made somewhat less valuable thanks to the moron who opted to actually WRITE "Rare" on the cover and cross out a previous price...in bold Magic Marker! Seriously!?! This book is almost always found in poor condition with a split spine. This particular copy is far better than most you'll find, in spite of having "Rare" written on the cover!
