        Here's a truly delightful version of the time-honored classic "Okito Coin Box". This variation is most often known as the "BOSTON" Coin Box (also known as the German Coin Box).

        There are a number of different Okito and Boston box designs available, and virtually all of them are machined from brass. This one is hand-turned exotic wood! It's not only a pleasure to hold and to use, but a pleasure to see!

        What is an Okito Box? It's an ungimmicked container with a bottom and a loose-fitting lid. There are no gimmicks, nor are there any secret compartments. The magic is pure sleight of hand - and it's really all about the clever way this box operates when it is handled properly. This is an amazingly versatile coin magic prop that has lots of potential, and lots of routines! But how about the BOSTON Box?  This is an exact duplicate of our standard Deluxe Wood Okito Box with an important difference: the bottom has been recessed just enough to accommodate a US half dollar. This one slight change makes some incredible effects possible! Perform the "Coins Through the Hand" with the "last second convincer"....etc. You can also do a great transposition of a stack of coins, etc.

        This small wooden box is designed to be used with U.S. Half Dollar coins and may be used to make the half dollars vanish, appear, multiply, travel, etc. As mentioned above, the box itself is cleverly gimmicked to enable you to perform some truly amazing coin tricks and routines. To your spectators, it appears to simply be a small box to hold coins. In your hands, however, coins change places, vanish, penetrate, and appear in the box.

        The highly-polished  finish is beautiful...you'll be proud to own and use this!  This box uses US half dollar coins which are NOT included...you must provide your own half dollar-sized coins.

        PLEASE NOTE.... Unlike some wooden Okito-type boxes, this one is made *correctly*.  The lid has a loose fit (as it should), rather than the tight fit found on most wooden Okito Boxes.
