        The Chinese Linking Rings is one of the oldest and most popular effects in the history of magic. The effect is straightforward: Solid steel rings magically link and unlink, but so much MORE can happen along the way!

         The three ring set I've had listed on my site for several years has a magnetic lock, although it's really only for those times when you wish to "display" the rings... not for use during the routine. In other words, the magnet is strong enough to hold the key ring closed while you pose for a photo or at the beginning of the routine to show that the rings are "solid", but not for use when spinning the rings, etc.

          On the other hand, this new DELUXE set has a special N52 magnet that is strong strong STRONG!!! It will hold the ring closed even during handling during the routine! You can spin the key ring on another ring! You can allow the key ring to be in the middle of the chain of three without fear of the key opening! I am SO impressed with this set! I haven't performed my own Three Ring Routine in years, but I'm thinking about adding it back into the act, just to use this new set!
