Here's a COOL membership directory for the I.B.V. - the International  Brotherhood of Ventriloquists.  The IBV was founded in the late 1930's and was active until it was dissolved in 1960.

          This directory was published in 1953 and features a double dedication to Edgar Bergen and The Great Lester. Published and edited by W.S. Berger. The directory is FILLED with the names and contact info of the I.B.V. membership at that time, and includes LOTS of ads for figure makers and photos of vents, etc. Also includes a necrology section, which is invaluable for serious researchers!

          In VERY FINE condition, with the only condition issue being an oil stain on the lower right front cover.

          48pp, 5" x 6-1/2" softcover.

         RARE! Comes in an archival mylar sleeve with acid-free backboard.
