Here's a very fine copy of Roy Douglas' RARE vent figure catalog, circa 1948.

          This is a great classic ventriloquial figure catalog with half a dozen photos plus illustrations featuring a dozen vent figures plus novelties. The implication is that Roy himself made the figures, when, in fact, it was John Carroll who made them for Roy. Interestingly, there's an "open letter" from John Carroll in the catalogue in which he states that he himself owns a "Douglas dummy". Hmmmm.

          12pp, 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" softcover. This RARE catalog is in VERY FINE+ condition. Includes original pricelist! Comes in an archival mylar sleeve with acid-free backboard.
