"The Oracle" was the official bi-monthly publication of the "International Brotherhood of Ventriloquists".
This wonderful issue of The Oracle as edited and published by W.S. Berger features none other than The Great Lester on the cover. This issue has the usual columns, articles, ads, etc. Of particular interest in this issue is a brief biography on Ken Spencer. This article is often quoted in other sources. It's easy to determine that, as the name of Ken's hometown is misspelled in this article and it often shows up with the same misspelling in other bios! Also of interest is Monsieur Brunard's (Dick Bruno) column on proper breathing for ventriloquists. Cover story is a tribute to the Great Lester. Lots of GREAT reading here!
12pp, 6" x 9" glossy magazine. This SCARCE magazine is in NEAR MINT condition. Comes in an archival mylar sleeve with acid-free backboard.
