This is just about the prettiest piece of close-up magic apparatus I have played with in a long, long time. I love precision-machined items, and this certainly fits that to a "T". Routines and effects are limited only by your imagination, but here are a couple of basic ideas to get you started:

        Effect #1: The performer displays a coin purse that contains a handful of coins of various denominations, sizes, etc.. A spectator is asked to select and sign one of the coins and then it is placed back inside the purse. The purse is shaken as the coins are clearly heard rattling about inside. Finally, the purse is opened again and the coins are dumped out. The spectator doesn't find his signed coin among the other coins, but there is a small brass box. He opens the sealed box, and inside this gleaming golden box is another sealed box! When the smaller box is opened, the missing signed coin is found inside it!     

        Effect #2:  A borrowed, signed coin is placed within the folds of a handkerchief and retained by the spectator. The performer shows a brass box and when he snaps his fingers, the hank is shown empty --  the coin has vanished! The spectator is asked to open the sealed box, only to find ANOTHER brass box inside! He opens this one, too...only to find the missing signed coin inside!           

        Instead of a signed coin, you may use a borrowed ring, a billet, etc. The possibilities are just about endless! The only limitation is that the item has to fit inside the smaller box.  OR...you may use the larger box all by itself! (Actually, you can use either box by itself).   

        Everything is done in full view of the audience. Both boxes are actually screwed shut and may be examined by audience. Easy to use without any sleights. High quality and a mind-blowing effect! If you're familiar with the classic Bill Tube apparatus, this works the same way... in fact, it is a smaller version of the Brema Double Tube.
