VENTRILOQUISM PLUS TV TICKLERS - Book by Paul Stadelman

          Paul Stadelman was a master ventriloquist. His complete course on ventriloquism - entitled "Ventriloquism of Today" - is one of the finest basic texts ever written on vent. This book - "Ventriloquism" - is a greatly condensed version of Stadelman's complete course, yet contains everything necessary for the beginner to learn how to be a ventriloquist. In addition to the basics, this book also contains one of the finest print descriptions of how to do the Drinking Bit ever published. Also discussed is "close-up" ventriloquism (known today as "walkaround ventriloquism").

          Part Two of the book contains nineteen comedy dialogues Stadelman wrote for his various television appearances. Yes, much of the material is now dated. But the premises are still excellent and there are still gags and jokes that can easily be updated and used today. Even if you decide against using the material, it's valuable in that it shows how professional material is constructed, etc.

          Original copyright is 1962 (this edition is undated). 48pp, 8-1/2" x 11" softcover. Highly recommended!
