This is a sort of "retro-style" card holder or sleeve made to carry about 20 poker-sized playing cards.  It's ideal for your packet effects, or to use to present B'Wave or other types of four card Brainwave effects.          

          While it appears to be leather, I think it is actually PU leather, or "pleather" (artificial leather).  It does feature natural cowhide texturing in a lovely milk chocolate brown tone and looks quite elegant.
